These apartments add to the continued evolution of Southeast DC and take an abandoned single family home and turn it into apartments, providing much needed affordable housing in the area. Each of the 21 family sized units provide two floors and 4 bedrooms. A playground between the two buildings allows for families to have a place to play and interact, while the contemporary aesthetic provides a clean look and an exciting community for residents to come home to.
