Each jurisdiction has its own unique zoning constraints. These parameters become design input, which the designers then use to generate creative solutions and mold the project into architecture. This project in Maryland had its own set of constraining zoning requirements, which led to a unique massing that our team at Lee Design Studio was able to turn into 14 apartment homes.
